Hannah Corneck

Programme Director

Hannah is the Programme Director for Factual Fast Track Wales and West. She designed and launched the scheme in 2019 in Wales, before it was rolled out across all four nations in 2021. Hannah is a professional development consultant with 30 years' experience in journalism and unscripted production, building and leading teams to produce some of the UK’s most recognisable TV brands. She has been working as an executive coach, leadership trainer, people strategist and creative consultant in screen and audio for over 15 years. Hannah is an agent for change whose dream is that the industry she loves becomes as emotionally intelligent as it is creative. Find out more about Hannah here.

Rebecca Hanmer

Programme Manager

Rebecca is the Programme Manager for Factual Fast Track Wales and the West. She has 27 years' experience in the TV industry working as a Senior Producer in unscripted, a development producer, a Talent Manager for the BBC, and in live events.

Rebecca continues to flex her editorial muscle working in production and development. She has a long standing passion for supporting and developing individuals, and is committed to growing and nurturing the unscripted talent pool in Wales and the West.

Factual Fast Track is accountable to a steering group made up of representatives of the four funding broadcasters, Creative Wales and indies representing the industry from Wales and the West.
